1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

When you register via social sign-in (Google), we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by the authentication provider.

1.2 Creator profile information

We collect information you voluntarily provide during profile setup: creator name, passion, niche, topics, content style, target audience, backstory, and availability.

1.3 Generated content

We store the content plans, calendars, ideas, and strategies generated by the AI from your information, along with your interactions with these materials.

1.4 Usage data

We collect data about how you use the Platform — including pages visited, features used, frequency of use, and interaction events — through analytics tools.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely on servers managed by Supabase, our cloud database provider. Supabase implements encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, and automated backups.

3. How We Process Your Data with Third-Party Services

3.1 AI processing (Google Gemini)

To generate content plans and strategies, we send your profile information and instructions to the Google Gemini API. The data we send is used exclusively to generate your content and is not used by Google to train its models. See the Gemini API data policy for more details.

3.2 Profile analysis (Apify)

When you request a profile analysis, we use Apify to collect public information from the profiles you indicate. Only publicly available information is collected, and it is used exclusively to generate your personalized content strategy.

3.3 Analytics and monitoring

We use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used and to improve the experience. These tools may collect data such as pages visited, session time, device type, and interaction events. Data is collected in aggregated and anonymized form whenever possible.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session functionality. Additionally, we use analytics cookies to measure Platform usage. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Google Cloud) to operate the service.
  • AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate content.
  • Analysis providers (Apify) for profile analyses you request.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all information we hold about you.
  • Rectify any incorrect information in your profile.
  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Revoke your consent for data processing.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Platform settings. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all your data including: profile, content plans, calendars, ideas, profile analyses, and any other associated data. This action is irreversible.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After this period, or upon deleting your account, the data is permanently deleted.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or by email.
