Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the IREAL platform (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

IREAL is a content strategy and storytelling platform that helps creators develop personalized content plans using artificial intelligence. The service includes profile analysis, content plan generation, editorial calendars, and interaction with generated plans.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Your content

You own all content generated by the AI from your information. This includes content plans, calendars, strategies, and any other material created using your data and instructions on the Platform. You may freely use, modify, distribute, and monetize this content.

3.2 Our platform

IREAL retains all rights to the Platform, including its source code, algorithms, design, brand, and AI system. The license we grant you is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

3.3 Aggregated and anonymized data

IREAL reserves the right to use aggregated and anonymized data derived from Platform usage to improve the product. This data will never allow personally identifying you or revealing your specific content strategy.

4. Acceptable Use of AI-Generated Content

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Not generate content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence.
  • Not use generated content to deceive, defraud, or impersonate third parties.
  • Not attempt to extract, copy, or replicate the Platform's AI algorithms or models.
  • Use the generated content in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

To use the Platform you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed under it.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of the charge. After this period, refunds for the current period are not granted.
  • Your data and generated content remain accessible for 30 days after your subscription expires.

7. Limitation of Liability

IREAL provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose. Use of generated content is at your own responsibility.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
